We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Testacer for your own, non-commercial study. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to our services. Bots, crawlers, and data mining tools are not allowed unless we give you written permission.
You own the content you enter or upload. We process that content to operate and improve the app. AI outputs are for your personal study and may contain mistakes; do not resell or publish them as commercial content. For details on how we handle data, please read our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for following your school, university, or workplace rules. Do not record or upload material if your institution forbids it. Only upload content you have permission to share, and do not post confidential conversations, exams, or restricted course materials. Using TestAcer to cheat or violate any honor code is not allowed.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your device’s App Store settings, and you will keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the App Store under its policies. If you believe there is a billing error, contact the App Store or email us at [email protected] and we will help direct you.
To protect the service, we may apply rate limits, device limits, or other measures, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
If you believe material in TestAcer infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with your contact information, a description of the work, where it appears in the app, and a good-faith statement that you are authorized to report it. We will review and act as required by law.
TestAcer is an educational support tool and does not replace your own study or professional advice. The app and its AI outputs are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate or unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version and update the Effective Date. If you keep using TestAcer after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
